The purpose of the Green Team at Gold Bar Elementary is to help our students learn how to reduce, reuse, and recycle. We are a team of third through fifth grade students dedicated to helping our community take care of their environment and making it a clean and better place to live.

The upcoming year will have us collaborating with our kitchen and maintenance departments to increase the amount of recycling at our Gold Bar Elementary. It is our hopes that these partnerships will help Gold Bar Elementary create a composting area and community garden.

Our team meets on Thursdays of every other week.
Permission slips and calendar dates will be available after school begins.
