Fall Conferences

Parent/Teachers Conferences are November 6th, 4pm-8pm, & November 7th, 8am-8pm.

Parents & Guardians will need to have access to Powerschool in order to use the scheduler. Call our office at 360-793-9840 if you need assistance setting up your account.

How to Schedule:

  • Open a web browser. Go to your School's Powerschool Parent Portal or:

    https://sms.sultanschools.org/o/ssd/page/family-resources

  • Log into Parent Portal with your username and password.

  • Click on the Applications menu in the upper right hand corner.

  • Click the PowerPTC menu item to schedule your conference.

  • Click on Conference Schedule.

  • Select the date you would like to schedule your appointment on.

  • Select a starting time for your appointment.

  • Click Build Your Schedule Now!

  • Finally, click Print or Email to receive a copy of your appointment.

  • If you are scheduling for more than one student, click 'Select a Student' link from the left-hand menu.
